Ingredients
- 2 oz Pícaro Gin
- Mediterranean-style tonic water
- Pink grapefruit wheel
- Fresh rosemary sprig
- Ice
Preparation
Fill a balloon glass with ice to the brim. Pour the gin and top with tonic, slowly, to keep the bubbles. Add the grapefruit wheel. Clap the rosemary between the palms to release its essence and set it in the glass.
